2025 Dauphin Island Native American Experience
Saturday March 22 @ 9 AM – 5PM at Historic Fort Gaines
Mark your calendar for a family-friendly day filled with Native American history, traditions, and culture. Join tribal members of the Poarch Creek Indians, Florida Seminole Tribe, and more as they share their heritage through interactive demonstrations. Try your hand at stickball and pottery making and experience Native American dancing, drumming, canoe carving, beadwork, and more!
Your ticket grants access to several screenings of the Emmy-winning documentary "The Forgotten Creeks" and a self-guided tour of Fort Gaines and the immersive Native American Experience, where visitors can explore engaging exhibits and hands-on activities that bring history to life for all ages.
Admission:
- Ages 13 and older: $15
- Ages 5-12: $10
- Ages 4 and younger: Free
Native American arts and crafts will be available for purchase.
