Knitter's Chalet with Heidi Sunday

2-Part Class: November 2 & 9 @ 2:00-3:00pm

Wish you could knit for relaxation or make beautiful items for yourself or family & friends? Come to KNITTER’S CHALET! Suited for Beginners to Advanced level knitters. In two lessons you can get familiar with basic knitting techniques, OR get started or over a hump with a more difficult knitting project. Bring your two hands, good readers and a willingness to learn. If advanced, bring your project & supplies, or get in touch with me for a supplies list and a link to buy the best quality supplies at a discount. Class fee includes beginner supplies of a set of good bamboo knitting needles and a 200gm ball of self-striping washable worsted weight yarn.

Beginners can learn: Cast On, Knit & Purl Stitches, and Bind off

Intermediate can learn: How to read patterns, how to fix mistakes, how to be a better/faster knitter, using Ravelry to your advantage

Advanced can learn: Cables, Stranded Colorwork, Knit Companion (which will change your crafting life, not just knitting), Designing (or modifying) your own patterns
